About This Event
Get ready to test your endurance, strength, and discipline in the Boost Session: Strength to Revolution! This event features three intense rounds of physical activities, pushing participants to their limits. Each round consists of three exercises, where proper form and technique are key—improper reps won’t count! 🚀 Rules are simple but strict: Follow the prescribed movements, respect event coordinators, and maintain discipline to avoid disqualification. With each round getting tougher, only the fittest will make it to the end.

Rules and Regulations
Objective
- The Power Hour event consists of physical activities designed to promote fitness and endurance.
- Participants must complete assigned exercises while maintaining proper form and discipline.
General Rules & Fouls
- Participants must follow the specific rules for each activity.
- Proper repetitions must be performed for each exercise; improper reps will not be counted.
- Participants must respect volunteers and event coordinators at all times.
- Any form of misconduct or rule violation may lead to disqualification.
- The final decision rests with the event coordinators and is non-negotiable.
Round Structure
- Round 1: Participants must complete three activities following the prescribed rules.
- Round 2: Participants must complete another set of three activities.
- Round 3: Participants must complete a final set of three activities.
