Rules and Regulations
General Rules
- Exciting Rounds : The
event consists of three
rounds: Easy, Intermediate
and Hard.
- No Devices Allowed :
Use of mobile phones or
any electronic devices is
strictly prohibited.
- Time Limitation : Each
round has a strict time
limit.
- Instant Disqualification :
Any form of cheating
will result in immediate
disqualification.
- Qualification Process :
Teams that qualify in the
first round will advance
to the second round.
- Group Activity :
Each participant
competes in a group.
- Modification : The
organizers reserve the
right to modify the rules as necessary
Event Rounds and Rules
Round 1: The Crosswords, Level: Easy
- Description: Crossword hints are
given as questions. The answer to
each question is the word you need
to find in the puzzle.
- Time Limit: 45 minutes
- Scoring:
- The first team to solve
the puzzle takes first
place.
- The second team to
solve takes second
place, and so on.
- Elimination:
The top 50% of
participant groups
proceed to the next
round.
Round 2: Math Explorer, Level: Intermediate
- Description: Teams solve
equations to unlock location clues
and repeat this process until the
final equation reveals the
round-winning location. The first
team to arrive qualifies for the next
round.
- Time Limit:
60 minutes
- Scoring:
- Teams are ranked
based on the order
they solve the final
puzzle and arrive at
the destination
- The first team to
complete both wins
first place, the second
team takes second
place, and so on
- Qualification: Only teams that arrive
in full will be counted;
partial teams will not
be considered.
- Elimination: The top 5 participant
groups proceed to the
next round.
- Damaged Clues:If a clue gets
damaged, it is the
team's responsibility.
Round 3: The Search & Hunt, Level: Hard
- Description: Teams solve a puzzle
to receive a digital clue for the next
step. After deciphering the clue,
they navigate to the next location,
where they receive the final digital
clue. Successfully solving it and
reaching the designated location
qualifies them for the round.
- Time Limit: 90 minutes
- Scoring: Teams are ranked
based on the order
they solve the final
puzzle and arrive at
the destination
- Qualification: Only teams that arrive
in full will be counted;
partial teams will not
be considered.
- Damaged Clues: If a clue gets
damaged, it is the
team's responsibility.
- Winners: The top 1 team that
successfully
completes the game
first will be declared
the winner of the
event
Tiebreaker Rule
- In case of a tie:
- A Sudden Death
Question will be
asked
- The first participant
group member to
answer correctly wins.
- If a participant group
member answers
incorrectly, the other
participant group
wins by default.

Disclaimer
- The decision of the Event
Coordinator and Faculty
will be final and binding.
- Each team must have 3 to 4 members (Minimum 3, Maximum 4).
- Teams that qualify in the first round will advance to the second round.
- Mobile phones are strictly not allowed. If caught, the team will be immediately disqualified.
- Every team and its members must maintain discipline throughout the game and respect teammates as well as
opponents.
- The organizers have the right to modify any rules if needed.
- The decision of the Event Coordinator and Faculty will be final.
- If a clue gets damaged, it is the team's responsibility.
- Any unfair means, such as copying answers, interfering with other teams, or damaging event materials,
will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Participants must arrive at the specified location at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
